Russians hit energy infrastructure facility in Vinnytsia Oblast

The Russians attacked energy infrastructure facilities in Ukraine on 19 October. There were hits in Vinnytsia Oblast.

Details: Nataliia Humeniuk also confirmed the information about the hit. She stated that recovery work is underway at the facility; no casualties were reported.
