Russian occupiers are preparing provocations in the temporarily occupied Kherson to accuse the Armed Forces of Ukraine of war crimes; local residents are being urged to stay vigilant.

Details: Members of the partisan movement explain that the Russians have announced an "evacuation" to the left bank [of the Dnipro river] for residents of the temporarily occupied regions of the right bank of the Dnipro river in Kherson Oblast. At the same time, the collaborators themselves are taking their families to Crimea. The reason being the unfavourable situation at the front for the Russian forces’ army.

At the same time, the Russians warn of alleged planned war crimes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which is hostile propaganda that is trying to distract Russians from the failure of the Russian army.

After all, the Russian army is not interested in saving the lives of local people; instead, it uses crowds of people for provocations and as "human shields".

Quote: "Given the situation, we call on the residents of the temporarily occupied Kherson Oblast to remain vigilant and, if possible, leave the region and head for Ukrainian-controlled territory."
