Russians dig fortifications for artillery and prepare to attack Kherson

Vitalii Kim, Head of Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration, says that the Russians are preparing to shell Kherson, as they expect Ukrainian forces to enter the city.

Quote: "They are sending out messages saying ‘evacuate, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will fire on Kherson.’ Knowing Russian tactics and that they are digging fortifications for artillery near the settlement of Chaplynka [Kherson Oblast]... I have a feeling that the Russians are preparing to attack Kherson. Unfortunately."
Details: Kim noted that the occupiers were making extensive use of psychological operations and urged people not to believe the nonsense and propaganda coming from the invaders.
He assured that Ukrainian Armed Forces carry out operations on all fronts, and the Ukrainian military is top-notch.
"We are watching how our military is kicking the Russian occupiers’ *sses," Kim added.
Previously: Sergey Surovikin, the new commander of the Russian occupation forces in Ukraine, said that he did not rule out making "difficult decisions" regarding the future arrival of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in occupied Kherson.
Surovikin also made a statement about the alleged upcoming missile strike on Kherson and on the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and said that this was the alleged reason why people would be "evacuated" from the city.
