Train traffic halted in Belgorod and power cuts in Kursk region of Russian Federation

Train traffic was halted in the Belgorod region of Russia and there were power outages in the Kursk region.

Details: The governor of Belgorod Oblast, Vyacheslav Gladkov, said that train traffic was temporarily stopped because of the shelling of a railway station in one of the villages of the Belgorod district.
As a result of the incident, the network of railway tracks was allegedly damaged.
Emergency crews are clearing the consequences of the shelling. There was one victim - a man with shrapnel wounds to his legs, the official wrote on Telegram.
Meanwhile, the governor of the neighbouring Kursk Oblast, Roman Startovoit, announced that the villages of Tyotkino and of Popovo-Lezhachi, along the Ukrainian border, had been shelled. They blame the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the governor, there are power outages in the region. There was no information about any injuries or damage.
Later, Gladkov reported a mortar attack on villages in the Grayvoronsky District. He reported that in Mokraya Orlovka, the territory of a dairy complex had been hit and that in Glotovo, a resident was wounded during the shelling. In addition, He noted that due to damage to power lines, the villages of Bezymyannoe and Dunayka were left without power.
