The Head of Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, Serhii Haidai, reported that the situation in Luhansk Oblast is difficult but under control. The occupiers have brought a lot of forces and equipment into the oblast and are mercilessly shelling the liberated territories.

Quote from Haidai: "The Russians continue to mine everything along the contact zone: bridges, roads, and buildings; in particular, we have information that they are already mining access roads to the cities of Svatove and Kreminna."
Details: Haidai added that the Russians are demoralised because of the success of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. He has also expressed confidence that the kilometres of trenches with concrete cubes dug by the invaders will not help them in the event of a Ukrainian Armed Forces offensive.
Haidai stated that the Chechen fighters in Rubizhne are evicting local residents from their homes so that their "officers" can live there. Collaborators are giving them tips on "nice" houses, but the Kadyrovtsy [a Chechen paramilitary group supporting the Russian Armed Forces and controlled by the Head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov - ed.] are constantly changing accommodations because they are afraid [of the Ukrainian Armed Forces - ed.].
Haidai also noted that the Secret Service of Ukraine has identified 30 collaborators in Luhansk Oblast.
