Quote: "The enemy continues to fire on energy infrastructure facilities and cause destruction. There will be power outages in Dnipro and the oblast today so that the damage can be repaired and the power system can be balanced."
Details: Kovalenko asks citizens to limit the use of energy-intensive appliances: boilers, washing machines, heaters, and air conditioners, and also using power to charge phones and power banks.
Background: The Ukrainian military destroyed three Russian cruise missiles over Dnipropetrovsk Oblast overnight, but one still hit an energy infrastructure facility, where there is a major fire.
