Details: Maliar revealed that she had witnessed how Kovalchuk motivates the Ukrainian troops to fight the occupiers. For example, he "told them curious facts about the enemy’s embarrassment in [Ukraine’s] south and the ever-growing enemy losses".

Quote: "The ratio of the losses is approximately 1 to 6.5. Kovalchuk states that the critical point of the ratio would be 1 to 8. After the Russian army reaches this line, it will begin to "crumble" psychologically.

The commander said that Russians were already in a tough spot in the south, but it is too early to relax. On the contrary: we must gather all our strength and power, and drive the Russian forces out of our land".
