Russians strike Kyiv Oblast with rockets

Oleksii Kuleba, Head of the Kyiv Oblast Military Administration, reported that Russian occupation troops have carried out a rocket attack on one of the hromadas [ an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories - ed.] in Kyiv Oblast on the morning of 15 October.

Quote: "Rocket attack on one of the hromadas in the oblast. All services are working and rescue workers are at the scene. As of now, there are no casualties."

Details: One of Ukrainska Pravda’s correspondents reported that no air raid sirens were activated in Kyiv Oblast at the time of the strike. 

The air raid siren was sounded from 07:08 to 08:08.

Updated: Later, it emerged that the energy infrastructure facility was severely damaged.
