President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that 15 targets that the Russians wanted to destroy with their attacks this week have been completely restored.

Quote from Zelenskyy: "Reconstruction work continues in the oblasts after a recent series of Russian terrorist attacks. In most regions, the ability to supply electricity has been restored. Although in some cities and districts, power engineers are still forced to apply stabilisation shutdown schedules.
15 objects that Russian terrorists wanted to destroy have already been completely restored. We will restore all the others as well."
Details: At the same time, the president called on Ukrainians to deliberately limit electricity consumption during peak hours, so that the entire energy system works reliably.
"It is also an element of protecting our state," he said.
