The mayor of the Russian city of Belgorod has reported that the city’s anti-aircraft defence system has been activated. Reports shared on local social media suggest that fragments of an unspecified object had fallen on a high-rise building in the city.

Quote: "The air defence system was activated again today. The building at 42G Gubkina Street has been damaged. I inspected the location. All relevant services are already there. I will keep you informed."

Details: Ivanov has later reported that there were no casualties and that the building was hit by an "unidentified object".
