Quote: "A total of 7,633 households have been disconnected from power.

Three electrical stations in [Sumy] Oblast have been destroyed in three days as a result of Russian shelling.

The energy system remains unstable, there are ongoing emergency blackouts. Unscheduled ones. So it’s technically impossible for electrical engineers to draw up a schedule.

In case of rolling blackouts, electricity will be absent for no more than two hours in a row."

Details: Zhyvytskyi stressed that it is important to consume as little electricity as possible between 08:00 and 11:00, and 17:00 and 23:00.

This will make it possible to prevent the network from overloading and to stabilise the situation faster, he explained.
