Sumy Oblast: Russians fire 12 rockets on agricultural business from helicopter

On 11 October, the Russians attacked the border areas of Sumy Oblast from a helicopter, tubed artillery, MLRS [Multiple-Launch Rocket Systems], self-propelled artillery units, and mortars.

Quote: "13 attacks: 206 strikes, an airstrike and the use of prohibited weapons. All this was fired by the Russians [Russian troops - ed.] on settlements in the oblast.

The Russians carried out an airstrike on a civilian agricultural business in the Velyka Pysarivka hromada [an administrative unit designating, in this case, the town of Velyka Pysarivka and its adjacent territories – ed.]. Twelve rockets were fired from a helicopter that did not cross the state border of Ukraine."

Details: Russian forces shelled the town of Seredyna-Buda using tubed artillery, destroying several private homes, a car and power lines, cutting off electricity in a part of the town. As of 21:00, the power supply has been restored.

The Russians used mortars to fire on villages in the Znob-Novhorodske and Seredyna-Buda hromadas, and tubed artillery to shell the villages in Bilopillia and Esman hromadas.

The territory of the Yunakivka hromada was shelled from self-propelled artillery units. A private house belonging to civilians and several fences were damaged.

Mortars and white illuminating projectiles were fired at the territory of the Shalyhyne hromada in the evening.

In addition, the settlement of Khodine in the Shalyhyne hromada was shelled from MLRS.

Preliminary reports indicate no casualties.
