Kyiv traffic is moving again at strike point near Shevchenko Park and repair work begins on "Klychko Bridge"

At the intersection of Tarasa Shevchenko Boulevard and Volodymyrska Street where a Russian missile hit the morning before [10 October], traffic was moving again by Tuesday evening [11 October].

Details: In addition, employees of Kyivvodokanal [Ukraine’s water supply enterprise] replaced part of the damaged pipeline, because the missile destroyed some utility systems under the surface at the intersection.
Workers from Kyivmisksvitlo [the outdoor electric lighting enterprise] are completing repairs to the lighting at the intersection.
It took one day to repair the roads in Kyiv and Dnipro.
On Kyiv’s Glass Bridge for pedestrians and cyclists, specialists have dismantled the glass elements damaged in the Russian missile blast, and Kyivmisksvitlo specialists have inspected the condition of the lighting in the railings.
Quote from Klychko: "The lighting will be repaired. We are ordering the glass. It will take up to three weeks to make it. And soon our renovated bridge will once again delight the people of Kyiv and visitors to the capital. Because it is now not only a symbol of Kyiv for tourists, but also a symbol of the indomitability and stability of Ukraine."

- On the morning of 10 October there were several explosions in the centre of Ukraine’s capital as Russian missiles hit the tarmac not far from the buildings of Taras Shevchenko National University and the Kyiv City Teacher's House.
- The missiles hit targets in Kyiv’s Shevchenkivskyi and Solomianskyi neighbourhoods. The blast wave damaged the windows of the central station building. A missile also damaged the pedestrian bridge that was built on the initiative of Vitalii Klychko.
