Ukraine’s Armed Forces repel 6 Russian attacks and hit 4 ammunition storage depots – General Staff

On 11 October, Ukrainian defenders repelled six Russian attacks, and conducted successful strikes on an occupation command post; 11 concentrations of Russian personnel, weapons and military equipment; and four ammunition depots.

Details: Areas where Russian military personnel, weapons and equipment were concentrated in Kherson Oblast have been struck by Ukrainian forces. According to available information, up to a hundred occupiers were killed and about thirty pieces of weapons and military equipment were destroyed.

A S-300 anti-aircraft defence system, up to 10 units of military equipment and about 60 occupiers were hit in Zaporizhzhia Oblast during the previous days.

The mobilisation and transfer of Russian reserves to Ukraine will not result in Russia overcoming the resistance of our country’s defence. Meanwhile, riots among the mobilised continue in Russia.

At one of the training grounds of the Eastern Military District, due to the low level of provisions, non-compliance with sanitary standards, inadequate food and lack of normal living conditions, more than a hundred mobilised people refused to comply with any orders given by the command and left the barracks.

Over the course of the past 24 hours, Russian forces have carried out more than 30 missile strikes and seven airstrikes, as well as around 25 attacks using multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS).

[Ukrainian] air defence units destroyed 32 [Russian] air targets on different fronts, including 21 cruise missiles and 11 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

Infrastructure in more than 10 cities, towns and villages sustained damage as a result of the mass missile strike [on 11 October], including in Lviv, Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk oblasts.

At night, Russians used eight Iranian-made drones in an attempt to damage critical infrastructure facilities in Mykolaiv Oblast. All these drones were destroyed by air defence forces.

Russians used mortars, as well as tubed and rocket artillery, to fire on the Sivernshchyna, Slobozhanshchyna, Kramatorsk, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Novopavlivka, Zaporizhzhia and Pivdennyi Buh fronts.
