Russians have kidnapped and may torture deputy head of ZNPP

On 10 October, Russian terrorists kidnapped Valerii Martyniuk, deputy head of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP), and are holding him in an unknown place, probably torturing and intimidating him, Energoatom reported.

Quote: "The Russians are trying in this way to get the information they desperately need about the personnel files of ZNPP employees in order to force Ukrainian staff to work at Rosatom as soon as possible.
The occupiers are, in the literal sense, applying torture to nuclear power plant workers, not shying away from the cruelest abuses."
Details: Energoatom appealed to the Director General of the IAEA to help release the ZNPP official.
