More than 70 facilities - Mayor of Kyiv reports what Russians damaged in Kyiv

As a result of a Russian rocket attack on Kyiv on 10 October, more than 70 various facilities are reported to be damaged, including residential buildings, critical infrastructure facilities, educational institutions, and hospitals.

Quote from Klychko: "Today, as a result of the attack by Russian barbarians, the following facilities sustained various degrees of damage in Kyiv:
- 45 residential buildings;
- 5 critical infrastructure and utility facilities;
- 6 educational institutions (3 schools, 1 kindergarten, 2 after-chool education buildings);
- 2 social institutions;
- 6 cultural institutions;
- 5 health-care institutions;
- 2 administrative buildings.
Details: The Kyiv City Military Administration added that 6 cars had also been burned and 15 more were damaged in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv.
Background:
- On the morning of 10 October, explosions thundered in the centre of the capital. Six people were killed and 50 were injured as a result of the Russian attack.
- The explosions also rocked other major cities of Ukraine: Dnipro, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr, Lviv.
- On the morning of 10 October, Russian troops used 84 cruise missiles and 24 unmanned aerial vehicles against peaceful cities of Ukraine.
- Aleksandr Lukashenko, the self-proclaimed President of Belarus, has announced that Russia and Belarus agreed to deploy a joint regional force.
- The Operational Command Pivnich (North) reported that there have been no breakthroughs of the state border or any offensive actions by Russia or Belarus in Ukraine’s north.
