POW exchange fund is replenished: Russian soldiers are rioting – Operational Command Pivden (South)

Russian soldiers on the southern front are resigning in large numbers, raising riots, and rapidly replenishing Ukraine’s POW exchange fund by surrendering to Ukrainian captivity.

Details: Humeniuk added that the Russians always have a way out – to lay down their arms, wait for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, accept the jurisdiction of international humanitarian law and replenish the POW exchange fund.
