Ukraine’s Armed Forces strike Russians’ pontoon bridges in Kherson region – Operational Command Pivden (South)

The Armed Forces of Ukraine launched new attacks on the pontoon crossings of the occupiers in Kherson region and destroyed two 2S7 Pion self-propelled guns, tanks and an amphibious assault vehicle.

Details: Operational Command Pivden (South) added that 11 Russian soldiers were killed, and two T-80 tanks, an amphibious assault vehicle and two 2S7 self-propelled 203 calibre Pion guns were destroyed.

- On the night of 7/8 September, the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck two pontoon bridges and a Russian command post in the Kherson region.
- Earlier, Operational Command Pivden (South) reported that all strategic bridges in Kherson region have been rendered unsuitable for movement of the occupiers’ heavy military equipment.
