As reported by Volodymyr Kovalenko, the mayor of Nova Kakhovka, the witnesses saw a missile fragment hit a residential building,
Quote: "There is no information about victims. A powerful blast wave broke all the windows in a residential building on this side and broke the branches of the surrounding trees but there was no fire.
The apartments from the first to fourth floor in this building were destroyed, it is as if the fragment cut them in half. At the moment there are few people [in the city] and there should be no victims. But it will be confirmed later."
Details: Yurii Sobolevskyi, the first deputy-head of Kherson Oblast Council, remarked that all the circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
