Russia deploys main forces on Bakhmut front – Luhansk Oblast Military Administration

Russia has concentrated its main force in order to capture the city of Bakhmut in Donetsk Oblast, thereby reducing the burden on Ukrainian troops in Luhansk Oblast.

Quote from Haidai: "The situation remains very difficult. In the part of Luhansk Oblast where our troops are holding the defence, it is not the most intense spot right now. The main efforts of the Russian army were [focused on] capturing the city of Bakhmut. Considering the fact that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have seen certain successes in Kherson Oblast and Kharkiv Oblast, the Russians are moving troops on different fronts, so we [in Luhansk region - ed.] have a little less of a burden."
Details: Haidai added that the occupiers are trying to forcibly mobilise men in the occupied territories, in particular in Sievierodonetsk, Lysychansk, Starobilsk and other settlements.
Background: Recently, units of the Ukrainian troops successfully repelled Russia's offensives on the Avdiivka and Bakhmut fronts.
