Fire in Boryspil at enterprise near railway station; it is not a strike, mayor says

Explosions were heard during the course of an air raid alert in the city of Boryspil in Kyiv Oblast; locals posted a video of a fire that had broken out. Volodymyr Borysenko, the city’s mayor, insists that the emergency situation is not due to an act of sabotage or a strike.

Quote from Borysenko: "There is a fire in our city. I want to emphasise that this is not some kind of hostile sabotage or attack. The fire is at an enterprise near the railway station. Emergency services are working at the scene. Everything is normal; everything is already under control."
Details: According to Borysenko, the explosions in the city could have been caused by an combustion of biofuel. The authorities are currently investigating the cause of the fire.
Later, Head of the Kyiv Oblast Military Administration Oleksii Kuleba clarified that the explosions heard by citizens were reportedly connected with the combustion of a solvent container at the enterprise.
Early reports from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine mention no victims. The fire is being extinguished.
