Part of the city of Enerhodar in Zaporizhzhia Oblast stays cut off from the grid due to damage dealt to the Luch substation.

Quote from Orlov: "On the morning of 7 September, after damage of the Luch substation, as a result of numerous shellings, 1-2 neighbourhoods of Enerhodar remain without electricity.

Taking into account that there has been no domestic gas in this part of the city for several months, people here suffer the most from the consequences of Ruscists’ [Russian invaders] provocations, and [they] are actually on the verge of a humanitarian disaster."
