Dmytro Orlov, mayor of the city of Enerhodar, has said the city was cut off from electricity and water supply after a powerful explosion.

Quote from Orlov: "At 12:20 today, residents of Enerhodar reported that a powerful explosion shook the town. The electricity and water supply was cut off in Enerhodar at the same time."
Details: He added that the circumstances of the incident are currently being investigated.
Russian propagandists have also confirmed that the city has been cut off the grid, laying the blame on the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
