Zelenskyy speaks with Japan’s Prime Minister regarding further support for Ukraine

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has held a telephone conversation with Fumio Kishida, Prime Minister of Japan, during which they talked about further support for Ukraine.

Details: Zelenskyy has highly appreciated Japan's non-lethal military assistance to Ukraine, as well as its significant financial and humanitarian support.
Quote: "We expect that this important and comprehensive support for Ukraine will continue and deepen. Until the complete victory over the aggressor."
Details: Zelenskyy also expressed his gratitude to Kishida "for Japan’s clear support of [Ukraine’s] sovereignty and territorial integrity", and for the fact that Japan’s Prime Minister condemned Russia’s nuclear blackmail during his speech at the opening of the 77th UN General Assembly in New York.
The parties discussed the international community’s response to the unlawful referendums which Russia has held in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
They also touched on the subject of macro-financial assistance to Ukraine in the conditions of aggression.
Zelenskyy expressed his hope that Japan will take an active role in the postwar reconstruction of Ukraine and will continue to implement the major infrastructure projects that had already been started.
The president also invited Kishida to visit Ukraine.
