Details: Kim reported that Mykolaiv was hit by massive missile fire around 00:56, thought to be from S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems. Two of the missiles hit a ten-storey apartment building.

A woman was trapped in the building due to its partial destruction; her legs were stuck under the rubble, so she could not set herself free on her own. Employees of the State Emergencies Service managed to get her out from under the rubble at about 03:40. Doctors are taking care of her.

Another eight people suffered injuries. Three of them are at medical facilities in a serious condition, and the other five were provided with outpatient care.

Four apartments were destroyed completely, and six more were partially ruined.

As of 08:00, the work to clear the rubble of the damaged infrastructure had been completed, and all of the people were rescued.

A medical facility has also been damaged as a result of the night-time attacks. No casualties have been reported.

Quote from Tymoshenko: "The Russians are continuing to commit war crimes. They are not stopped by the fact that they are killing civilians and destroying their property and belongings. If anyone can teach them a lesson, it’s the Ukrainian Armed Forces. We will avenge every destroyed house, garden, road, bridge…The lives of all Ukrainians."

Previously: On 29 September, at about 17:30, the Russians fired Smerch cluster munitions on a residential district of the city of Mykolaiv. Three people were killed and eleven more were injured, including a 17-year-old. Residential buildings and the power network were also damaged.
