Ukrainian air defence systems shoot down all 5 Kalibr missiles Russia launched on the city of Dnipro

Ukrainian air defence units shot down all five Kalibr missiles that Russian forces launched on the city of Dnipro overnight.

Details: The Air Forces Command Skhid (East) reports that five Russian Kalibr missiles were shot down on the night of 2–3 September.

Meanwhile, the mayor of Dnipro reports that these were actually Iskander (rather than Kalibr) missiles.

Quote from Filatov: "Last night, our air defence systems once again shot down all of the missiles launched at Dnipro.

Five out of five Iskander [missiles were brought down].

Girls and boys [in the air defence], you are like gods to us. I’m struggling to find any other words."
