Details: While the city of Vovchansk was under siege, the so-called administration was organised in the building of the local administrative service centre. Judging from the seized personal belongings and documentation, all "business affairs'' were solved there.

In particular, having inspected the building, investigators and forensic scientists found lists of collaborators who switched sides and agreed to work with the occupiers. Apart from that, among the documents found there were payrolls and the information about social aid provided in Russian roubles.

It was also discovered that the occupying administration demanded the so-called "voluntary contributions" from local farmers in exchange for the opportunity to resume agricultural works.

The farmers had to pay the occupiers $20 for the right to sow one hectare of land, and $30 more for the right to collect harvest.

All information and documentation will be thoroughly analysed by representatives of law enforcement agencies who investigate war crimes in the liberated territory of Kharkiv Oblast.
