Belarussian Ministry of Defence begins surprise inspection of military unit near Minsk

A snap check of the combat and mobilisation readiness of a military unit near Minsk, Belarus has begun.

Quote: "Today [28 September - ed.] in accordance with the Training Plan of the Belarussian Air Force and Air Defence Forces, a surprise inspection of the combat and mobilisation readiness of military unit 06752 has begun, and it will last for a month."
Details: This military unit is located in the settlement of Machulishchy near Minsk, Belarus.
The Belarussian Ministry of Defence reports that during the inspection "a number of issues will be worked on, the main of which is the enlistment and restoration of skills of conscripts, and the removal of military and special equipment from storage in order to check its combat readiness".

On 26 September, the self-proclaimed president of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, arrived in Russia to meet with its President Vladimir Putin.
