Yevhen Balytskyi, Russian-appointed puppet "governor" of the occupied part of Zaporizhzhia Oblast and former member of Party of Regions [pro-Russian political party in Ukraine; currently disbanded], has announced that he had become a member of Yedinaya Rossiya [United Russia], the pro-government party of the Russian Federation.

Quote from Balytskyi: "I have received a Yedinaya Rossiya party ticket, which was personally handed to me by Andrey Turchak, the First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Secretary of the General Council of Yedinaya Rossiya party."

Details: Balytskyi added that he had received a party ticket in Melitopol at the so-called polling station.

In the worst traditions of Soviet times, the traitor thanked Putin's party "for trust."
