Russians attack Sumy Oblast: 38 strikes in one day

During the day of 21 September, Russian invaders attacked three border hromadas (administrative units designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories) in Sumy Oblast; a total of 38 strikes and 3 machine gun bursts were recorded.

Quote from Zhyvytskyi: "During the day, the Russians attacked 3 border hromadas, [namely] Bilopillia, Seredyna-Buda and Shalyhyne. In total, 38 strikes and 3 machine gun rounds were recorded."
Details: Zhyvytskyi says the Russian forces fired 3 rounds from a large-calibre machine gun at the Shalyhyne hromada at 10:30.
Around 14:00, the Russian military fired mortars at the village of Volfyne of Bilopillia hromada; 10 strikes occurred there. As a result of the attack, 3 private houses were damaged and one house burned down completely.
Around 19.00, the Russian occupiers fired mortars at the outskirts of the village of Atynske of the Bilopillia hromada; 15 strikes were reported. The warehouse of the Atynske Psychoneurological Boarding School caught fire from shell bursts, and nearby buildings were damaged.
The Russians shelled the outskirts of the city of Seredyna-Buda (13 strikes), damaging a substation and local power grid.
Zhyvytskyi noted that, fortunately, there were no casualties.
