Men who received a Russian passport or gave their personal data to the Russians are most at risk of being forcibly mobilised in the temporarily occupied Kherson region.

Quote from Sobolevskyi: "The fact that the occupying authorities of the Kherson region have started talking about setting up volunteer battalions speaks volumes about the very sorry state that the Russian orcs are in from a military point of view.

Knowing the mood of the people and their pro-Ukrainian position, the occupation authorities did not even attempt to raise this issue until now."

Details: According to Sobolevskyi, men of conscription age who received a Russian passport or provided their personal data to the occupiers, including middle-ranking collaborators, are most at risk.

The best way to avoid forced mobilisation is to leave for [Ukrainian-]controlled territory. If this is not possible, people should change the place of residence known to the occupying authorities and try to avoid crossing checkpoints and patrols, the deputy head of the Kherson Oblast Council emphasised.

The latter method could at least delay your forced mobilisation, added Sobolevskyi.
