Quote from Reznichenko: "The night in the Nikopol and Kryvyi Rih districts was tough. The Russians fired on residential neighbourhoods, using tubed artillery."
Details: Reznichenko said that the Russians attacked the city of Nikopol twice, hitting it with a total of 30 shells. A 56-year-old man sustained injuries.
More than 20 apartment blocks and private houses were damaged, as well as several cars, gas pipelines and power lines. Russian shells also damaged a bread factory, a kindergarten, a library and several shops.
The shelling caused a fire in an apartment and in a private yard. Firefighters have already extinguished the flames.
Meanwhile, the Zelenodolsk hromada (an administrative unit designating the city of Zelenodolsk and its adjacent territory) in the Kryvyi Rih district came under Russian fire on late 20 September. There were no casualties.
Several private houses were damaged in the village of Velyka Kostromka. Around 350 households were left without power. Municipal workers are repairing the power lines to restore power.
