Quote: "Forced mobilisation of local residents is currently underway in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts; its aim is to replenish personnel losses of the occupation forces.

Squads of occupiers detain men and send those of conscription age to draft centres; from there they are deployed to units that suffered losses in the course of hostilities with the Ukrainian defence forces."
