State that provokes famine deserves to face "toughest" response from rest of world – Zelenskyy

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine has called on the world’s countries to join their efforts to hold Russia responsible for provoking a global famine.

[…] And any state that provokes famine, that tries to make access to food a privilege, that tries to make the protection of nations from famine dependent on fate or the mercy of a dictator – such a state must get the toughest reaction from the world."
