Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, has reported that 3 people have been injured in the Kupiansk district due to attacks by the occupiers.

Quote from Syniehubov: "According to reports from the Emergency Medical Assistance Centre, 3 people have been injured in the Kupiansk area over the past 24 hours."

Details: In addition, 2 men were injured as a result of a mine that exploded in the Kharkiv area. Syniehubov warned that the danger from exploding mines remains very high in the liberated territories.

The head of the oblast revealed that the invaders launched a missile strike on an infrastructure facility in the Chuhuiv area at around 1:30 at night [on 19-20 September]; no casualties were reported.

Background:

On 19 September, Syniehubov reported that an 11-year-old boy had been injured in Kupiansk, and a 65-year-old woman was hospitalised with injuries in the Chuhuiv area. Additionally, 6 civilians were also blown up by landmines.
