This is in the temporarily occupied part of Kherson Oblast."

Details: In particular,  an embankment and previously flooded railway cars under the damaged part of the bridge can be seen in pictures taken on 18 September. The report by the General Staff said that the occupiers had flooded the railway cars in order to rebuild the crossing near this hydroelectric power plant.

A satellite photo from 16 September shows the place where the railway cars were flooded. It was there that the embankment later appeared.

Planet Labs also recorded nearby small crossings to the other side of the Kakhovka HPP. They were not yet seen in the pictures from 2 September.
