Quote by Kulemzin: "13 civilians have been killed on Bakynskykh Komisariv Square in the Kuibyshevskyi neighbourhood. The number of the wounded is being ascertained."
Details: It is not clear which direction the attack came from. Russian propagandist TV channels blame the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the shooting.
It is also impossible to verify the reliability of the numbers of casualties.
Previously: On 18 September, the occupying forces reported that at about 9:00, the POW camp in Olenivka was attacked, and one Ukrainian prisoner was killed.
