Russian tank fires on civilian vehicle, killing 2 women

Russian forces used a tank gun to fire on a civilian vehicle in the village of Strileche (Kharkiv Oblast), near the Russian border. Two women were killed in the attack.

Details: Syniehubov said that Russian forces carried out an extensive shelling of the Kharkiv and Chuhuiv districts (Kharkiv Oblast) on 17 September. The Kupiansk and Izium districts also came under Russian fire.
Several residential buildings and extensions were damaged, as well as a gas station, several garages and industrial facilities. A five-storey apartment block was damaged in the city of Kupiansk.
The Centre for Emergency Medicine reported that an 11-year-old girl was killed in the city of Chuhuiv as a result of a Russian attack.
Five civilians were hospitalised with injuries in the Kupiansk district. There are three casualties in the Kharkiv district, including a 91-year-old man. Two civilians were injured in the Izium district and one in the Chuhuiv district.
