Russians shell Sumy Oblast: 20 air strikes and 3 machine gun bursts

On 16 September, Russian military fired at two hromadas [hromada is an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories], in Sumy Oblast with various weapons inflicting a total of 20 strikes and discharging 3 bursts of machine-gun fire.

Details: Starting from 15:30 the Russians hit the Seredyna-Buda hromada using mortars and tubed artillery striking 12 times.
After 18:30 Russian forces discharged three machine-gun rounds from the KPV heavy machine gun, and at 22:00 there was an artillery shelling striking Khotyn hromada eight times.
