The Russian military fired mortars on the territory of the Krasnopillia hromada [an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories] in Sumy Oblast during the morning of 16 September.

Quote: "The night was quiet, but at 6:00, 4 mortar bombs landed on the territory of the Krasnopillia community from Russia. No casualties or destruction [were reported]."

Details: Attacks on Velyka Pysarivka, Bilopillia, Chupakhivka, Shalyhyne and Seredyna-Buda communities were reported on 15 September. According to preliminary information, an electrical substation was damaged, and a blackout occurred in the city of Seredyna-Buda.
