Russian forces strike two Kharkiv neighbourhoods

Russian forces struck the Slobidskyi and Kyivskyi neighbourhoods in the city of Kharkiv on the night of 15–16 September.

Quote from Terekhov: "The Slobidskyi neighbourhood was hit. [The missile hit an area] high next to a residential building. Preliminary reports indicate a car parked near the building is on fire, public utilities were damaged."
Details: Terekhov noted that at the time of writing, there was no information about casualties.
Update: Syniehubov later clarified that Russian missiles had hit the Slobidskyi and Kyivskyi neighbourhoods around 03:30 on 16 September.
One of the missiles hit the ground next to a two-storey residential building, damaging public utilities and causing a car parked nearby to catch fire. Two adults and two children, aged five and 17, sustained light shrapnel wounds but did not need to be hospitalised.
Another Russian missile hit a one-storey building in the Kyivskyi district. Early reports indicate there are no casualties.
