In gruelling conditions, in conjunction with bomb disposal experts from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, members of SAAR are assessing the damage that the Russian occupiers dealt to the road infrastructure.

The logistics route map of Kharkiv Oblast is almost finished. Road equipment started to clear the roads of the debris of military vehicles, ammunition and other consequences of the war", reads the report.

SAAR reported that re-establishing transport connections to the cities of Balakliia, Kupiansk and Izium is a top priority.
