Russian missiles struck the Kyivskyi neighbourhood in the city of Kharkiv on the night of 14–15 September.

Quote from Popova: "The Russians have struck Kharkiv.
Remain in shelters!
One of the central neighbourhoods might have been hit. All relevant services are working [on the scene]."
Updated. Quote from Terekhov: "The first missile strike on the Kyivskyi neighbourhood occurred around 00:30 last night [the night of 14–15 September].
Early reports indicate there are no casualties or fatalities, and no damage [to property]."
