In the city of Nova Kakhovka, representatives of the occupying authorities, with the forceful support of Armed soldiers of the Russian Federation, seized the building, workshops and boxes of the power company's linear section. Material valuables worth more than US$27,000 were stolen by the Russian military.

In addition, two collaborators were exposed in Kherson; they voluntarily agreed to cooperate with the Russians and assumed "positions" in the occupying authorities. Currently, one of them acts as the "deputy head of the Department of Youth Policy and Sports of the Military-Civil Administration of Kherson Oblast", the other traitor runs the "Department of Physical Culture and Sports Activities of Kherson Oblast ".

Both collaborators justify the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and urge the residents of the city to support the occupying authorities.

A private notary from Kherson has also collaborated with the Russians. Not only does he support Russia's invasion of Ukraine, he also actively calls on his fellow notaries in the occupied territory to cooperate with the Russian Federation; he calls on them  to obtain Russian passports and undergo retraining in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Ukraine police also record the consequences of Russian attacks, collect information about victims and damaged property. Based on the collected materials, investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war).
