Kharkiv Oblast spared overnight, but 3 civilians injured on 13 September

Russian forces did not attack Kharkiv Oblast on the night of 13–14 September, but at least three civilians were hospitalised with injuries as a result of Russian shelling on 13 September.

Quote: "The city of Kharkiv and other towns and villages in Kharkiv Oblast were not attacked overnight.

The enemy fired on settlements in the Izium, Kupiansk and Chuhuiv districts [in Kharkiv Oblast] over the past day. Unfortunately, there are casualties.

The Centre for Emergency Medical Aid reports that one person was hospitalised in Izium district, one in Kupiansk district and one in Chuhuiv district."

Details: Meanwhile, the military operation to liberate Kharkiv Oblast continues apace.

Syniehubov said that over 300 cities, towns and villages with a total population of around 150,000 residents have been liberated.

Quote: "Normal life is gradually resuming on the liberated territories. Works are currently underway to clear those territories from mines and restore critical infrastructure. People who have spent over six months under occupation are receiving humanitarian aid."
