Quote from Kyrylenko: "Coal mining is being carried out in Donetsk Oblast, but there are already problems with this. There is a shortage of coal in one of the communities whose boiler houses are focused specifically on running on hard coal."
Details: He added that the Cabinet of Ministers and the relevant ministry have been notified of this issue, so the officials are looking for ways to solve it.
According to Kyrylenko, the counteroffensive is proceeding according to a certain plan, and the priority task of the authorities in the liberated territories will be to evacuate people because it is extremely difficult to live in many localities due to the ongoing fighting.
The head of the Oblast Military Administration added that since the introduction of mandatory evacuation, more than 16,000 people have already been taken out of the region; however, even before that, more than three-quarters of citizens left.
Kyrylenko also noted that the Russians have been shelling Donetsk Oblast all day, targeting both remote settlements and those located on the contact line.
