Russian forces attack Kharkiv for the second time in a day

Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, said that Russian occupiers struck Kharkiv for the second time on 12 September.

Previously: On 12 September, the occupiers attacked the city of Kharkiv, killing one person and injuring another six.

The city’s metro was temporarily suspended, and critical infrastructure facilities were disabled due to the attack, as a result of which residents were left without electricity and water.
