Quote from Klimov: "I see no signs of such a need [for mobilisation], or for the introduction of martial law."
Details: Klimov insisted that most questions about possible mobilisation in Russia are asked by foreign journalists, because "they’ve been ordered to do that". At the same time, he urged people not to draw hasty conclusions.
Previously: At the end of August, Vadym Skibitskyi, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, said that Russia was increasing its mobilisation reserves and planned to mobilise about 90,000 military personnel.
