Settlements also liberated in Luhansk Oblast – Luhansk Oblast Military Administration

As well as in Donetsk Oblast, settlements have been liberated in Luhansk Oblast. The process of cleaning up the settlements is now underway, as reported by Serhii Haidai, Head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration.

Quote: "After the complete liberation of Lyman (city in Donetsk Oblast) it is our turn.

I want to let locals know that liberation is close. If you hear sounds of combat, remain in shelters.

We cannot name settlements but locals will understand.

Every centimetre of Luhansk Oblast is being fought for. The Armed Forces of Ukraine don’t enter with a parade."
