Russian attack on Kharkiv residential building: 1 person killed, several injured – Mayor

At least one person was killed as a result of a Russian attack on the city of Kharkiv; another two were injured.

Quote: "A residential building in the Novobavarskyi neighbourhood has been hit. As of now, one person has been reported killed and two injured. The building has been partially destroyed."

Details: Terekhov also reported that water supply in the city of Kharkiv was restored overnight. The underground and other public transport have resumed their usual operation.

Previously: Russian forces attacked the Novobavarskyi neighbourhood in the city of Kharkiv on the night of 12 September, hitting a residential building.
